At Sex Toy Shop SA, we deliver to any location within South Africa, from Durban, Johannesburg, Cape Town and everywhere in-between.

Sex Toy Shop SA delivers all products for FREE! Our Free delivery option uses the SA Post Office (SAPO) and delivery will usually take 5 - 15 working days after it is shipped. Any delays in the delivery with the SAPO are the responsibility of the SAPO and NOT Sex Toy Shop SA. You are required to make the necessary arrangements to collect the goods from the SAPO.

If you wish to receive your package sooner than the delivery time indicated above we do have Courier Services available. Delivery with our Courier service will be at an additional fee, but delivery should be within 2-3 working days.

Additional Delivery T & C's

We will email you a waybill/ tracking number as soon as we have shipped your order with the delivery service you have chosen. Please note that it takes 1 - 2 days to process your order before it will be shipped. We will aim to deliver goods within these time periods, but goods are subject to availability. 

Any dates we specify for the delivery of goods are estimations ONLY and we shall not be liable for any costs, damages, charges, or expenses incurred, caused by any delay in the delivery of the goods. Our failure to meet approximate delivery dates will not be grounds for you to cancel the sale.

Should you not collect your parcel from your local post office within 10 working days after notification, then your parcel will be returned to Sex Toy Shop SA and you will be charged accordingly for re-sending the parcel back to you. Similarly, if you should not be available when our courier company attempts to deliver your parcel and the parcel is returned to us, you will be charged accordingly for re-sending it back to you.

Should the Post Office, Speed Services Courier or any of our Courier Company go on strike after the parcel has been handed over to them then there might be delays in getting your parcel to you. This type of labour action is totally out of Sex Toy Shop SA’s control and it will give you no reason whatsoever to cancel the order due to the delays. It will be your responsibility to liaise directly with the courier company concerned, please use the tracking number provided when liaising with them.
Should it be established that the parcel has gone missing and not recoverable at all, Sex Toy Shop SA will then institute a claim against the courier company concerned. Once the claim has been settled then we will refund you accordingly.
